The shipping charges (courier only) for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

We ship worldwide. The normal shipping charges for all shipping within India are free and are completely borne by us, although there will be an additional charge for express-shipping. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Once your outfit is ready and your payment is complete, the delivery in India will happen between 3-5 working days depending on your location, and approx 10-14 working days if you're outside India. 

Delivery Policy

The Arab Crab uses third-party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. The Arab Crab is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team. 

For all delivery within India, The Arab Crab bears the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the client.

The Arab Crab does not provide with cash on delivery service. 

Returns

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns, that is, we do not provide with refunds. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Taxes & Duties

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In the case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
